SSE Rugby Energy Monthly Prize Draw
1. The SSE Rugby Monthly Prize Draw is open to all RFU-affiliated clubs who come on supply with SSE as part of the SSE Rugby Energy offer and are registered to the site. Employees and agencies of SSE or its group companies and their family members may enter the reward if registered to the website and associated (as above) to an RFU affiliated rugby club.
2. The SSE Rugby Energy Monthly Prize Draws will take place every month from November 2012 until May 2013. SSE reserves the right to withdraw the SSE Rugby Energy Monthly Prize Draws at any time.
3. To be eligible for the SSE Rugby Energy Monthly Prize Draw, the RFU-affiliated club must be registered as on supply with SSE by the last day of the preceding month.
4. No purchase necessary – entrants will be automatically entered in to every SSE Rugby Energy Monthly Prize Draw as long as they remain on supply with SSE. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry at its complete discretion.
5. The monthly draw will take place on the second Monday of every month. Winners will be notified by email or telephone no later than the second Wednesday of every month and will have 48 hours in which to respond. If no contact has been made within 48 hours then an alternative winner will be selected.
6. The prizes will vary each month but a minimum of three (3) will be awarded per month.
7. A prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No part or parts of a prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.
8. The winning club’s name and address can be found by sending a self addressed envelope to SSE Rugby Energy Monthly Prize Draw, SSE, Building 1, Eastern Business Park, Wern Fawr Lane, ST Mellons, Cardiff CF3 5EA. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.
9. The winning club and members may be required to participate in publicity.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for something of equal or greater value without notice.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the promotion at any stage.
12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by the winner or any individual chosen to participate at the winning clubs in a prize as a result of their participation in the competition.
13. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to the personal data they supply being used by the Promoter to administer the promotion.
14. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
15. References to SSE are to SSE Energy Supply Limited (in relation to the supply of electricity) and Southern Electric Gas Limited (in relation to gas).

Terms and Conditions for the Level One Coaching Reward
1. The SSE Rugby Level One Coaching reward is open to all UK residents who are connected to an RFU (Rugby Football Union) affiliated Rugby Club – fans, members, players, coaches, family and friends etc. Employees and agencies of SSE (Scottish and Southern Energy PLC) its group companies and their family members, may enter the rewards if associated to an RFU affiliated rugby club, and they will be eligible for the rewards and incentives associated.
2. SSE Rugby Level One Coaching reward will be open for nominations from 30th September 2012. There will be a total of 75 Level One Coaching qualifications paid for as part of the reward. This is broken down to 15 in each of the 6 RFU regions.
3. SSE Rugby Level One Coaching reward will be run in two waves. To be eligible for the first wave applications must be received by midnight on 31st January 2013. To be eligible for the second wave applications must be received by midnight on 31st May 2013. Information included with the competition entry is not returnable. Any nominations received after 31st May 2013 will not be eligible for the reward.
4. No purchase necessary – nominations to receive the Level One Coaching reward will be made by your local Community Rugby Coach (CRC) or Club Coaching Coordinator (CCC). Nominees must be a member of a Rugby Club affiliated to the RFU. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry at its complete discretion.
5. Club Player Development Officers (CPDOs) will pass on the selections to the Regional Development Officers (RDOs) who will make the final selection. CRCs and CCS will be informed of successful nominations within two weeks of the application deadline. Selection of participants is at the discretion of the RFU and will be made on a case by case basis. The RFU will assist in placing participants on accredited courses in their area.
6. The winners will be notified by email or telephone by their CRC or CCC. If the winner cannot be contacted by phone or email within 7 days of the CRC or CCC being notified and after reasonable efforts have been made, the winner will forfeit their reward and the Regional Management Team will select another winner.
7. All associated travel and expenses and all other incidentals associated with the reward will be the responsibility of the winners to arrange and not down to the responsibility of the Promoter.
8.The reward is the opportunity to take part in the Level One Coaching course, not the qualification itself. The course is subject to availability and the participant must agree and abide by any rules or terms and conditions of the course.

10. The winners’ names can be found by sending a self addressed envelope to Synergy, 60 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7RT after 1st June 2013. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.
11. Winners’ participation in the Level One Coaching Course will be subject to RFU terms of participation and eligibility criteria. The winners will be required to participate in publicity.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, provided that the Promoter shall not exercise this right unreasonably. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for something of equal or greater value without notice.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the promotion at any stage.
14. The Promoter holds no liability for lost entries. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this competition, including any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries which they believe to be fraudulent or based on misconduct, or include any behaviour / language which is deemed to be unsuitable. This is at the discretion of SSE and its agencies.
15. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the RFU shall be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by the winner or any individual chosen to participate at the winning clubs with the winner in the prize as a result of their participation in the competition.
16. By entering the SSE Rugby Coaching reward, entrants agree to the personal data they supply being used by the Promoter to administer the promotion.

1. To be eligible for the SSE Rugby £10,000 Prize Draw, the entrant must be a registered user on SSERugby.com by midnight on Sunday 12th May 2013.
2. No purchase necessary – entrants will be automatically entered in to the draw.
